    24 Hour Service

We know that your medical needs don't stop when office hours are over. Using our help line and our portal email service, you can get a message to Dr. Koduri when it is convenient for you. She is on call for all our patients herself; we don't use any "substitute doctors' covering call for our patients.

Call our office number at 307-745-3704 for day or night care

We pride ourselves in providing a bright and welcoming office for our patients. We don't intimidate kids with medical decor ; rather allow them to have fun and enjoy coming to our office!

    Vaccines

We provide state funded vaccines through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program for Medicaid, uninsured, or American Indian/Alaskan Native patients.  We additionally provide vaccines for patients who have private insurance through VaxCare, which is our third party immunization distributor for quality improvement and care. VaxCare helps us improve efficiency, reduce vaccine waste, and avoid vaccine errors, which are all critical in providing quality care to our patients.

Telemedicine, Phone Support, Portal Connection and Medical Home

Technology is now here to stay in medical care. Our office connects with our patients every way we can. We care for patients up to 150 miles away and with Wyoming's weather, it isn't always easy for families to come to us.

We now have telemedicine in use especially for follow up visits with patients. We are using it more and more to catch up to our kids with ADD/ADHD, depression and minor illnesses. This allows us a more informal way to catch up to our kids with a technology they already understand and embrace.

We also have our staff call families with sick children we have recently seen but feel we need to touch base to make sure they are getting through their illness appropriately.

Finally, we have a portal system with secure messaging, so families can communicate directly with us for medication refills, questions about a medical problems, or give us a status update on a patient's recovery.

Our office is set up to allow office payments through our portal service!

    • Clarity: Sharing clear and unbiased information with the family about the child’s medical care and management and about the specialty and community services and organizations they can access.
    • Primary care: Provision of primary care, including but not restricted to acute and chronic care and preventive services, including breastfeeding promotion and management, immunizations, growth and developmental assessments, appropriate screenings, health care supervision and patient and parent counseling about health, nutrition, safety, parenting, and psychological issues.

    • Intervention: Interaction with early intervention programs, schools, early childhood education and childcare programs, and other public and private community agencies to be certain that the special needs of the child and family are addressed.
    • Coordination: Provision of care coordination services in which the family, the physician, and other service providers work to implement a specific care plan as an organized team.
    • Record-keeping: Maintenance of an accessible, comprehensive, central record that contains all pertinent information about the child, preserving confidentiality.
